1. We extend our sincere appreciation to all bidders who submitted proposals for the ISD. The evaluation process has been completed, and only those applicants who have successfully met the Initial Selection (ISD) requirements will be invited to submit their technical and financial proposals.
2. Based on the results of the selection evaluation and the World Bank’s No Objection Letter (NOL) dated 22 February 2026, two applicants were determined to substantially meet the criteria and qualification requirements outlined in Table 1 (Criteria and Qualification Requirements) and Table 2 (Rated Criteria and Requirements). Accordingly, these applicants shall be invited to submit proposals (RFP), namely:
   1. AsiaPack Technology Pte.Ltd
   2. PT. Nusantara Compnet Integrator
3. A pre-meeting for the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be scheduled on 31st March 2026, with details to be announced through email communication.
4. Eligible applicants may obtain additional information from the Procurement Service Unit, MMAF, located at Gedung Mina Bahari I, 3rd Floor, Jalan Medan Merdeka Timur No. 16, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia, during office hours from 09:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. (GMT+7), or by email at lautra-pbj@kkp.go.id.
5. A complete set of Initial Selection documents in English will be provided to eligible applicants via email.
6. Applications for Initial Selection shall be submitted in clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address indicated below no later than 1:00 p.m. (GMT+7) on 24 April 2026.
